Parent & Adult Leaders (PALs) Meeting

A PALs (Parents and Adult Leaders) meeting brings together the pack committee, den leaders, and parent volunteers to plan and oversee the pack’s activities, finances, and events. This team works collaboratively to support the Cubmaster and den leaders by organizing meetings, coordinating outings, ensuring safety and adherence to Scouting policies, and managing administrative tasks such as membership and fundraising. The goal of these meetings is to keep the Cub Scout program running smoothly while creating a fun and enriching experience for all scouts and their families.

Unlike general parent meetings—which are focused on sharing updates and information—a PALs meeting is dedicated to planning, coordination, and decision-making. All parents are welcome to attend.

Virtual meetings are held on Microsoft Teams.
